POLICE FIND MARIJUANA FACTORY AS A RESULT OF A DOMESTIC DISPUTE

Officers went to William Nickologianes’s home on Center Street Thursday afternoon to help his girlfriend pick up her belongings because she took out a restraining order against him.
That’s when police say they found a plastic shopping bag full of pot and drug paraphernalia in the kitchen.
Nickologianes came home a few minutes later. He had just been released from jail after being arrested earlier in the day for domestic assault and battery and illegal possession of a shotgun without a license.officers went into the back yard, where they say they found a pit ten feet into the ground with a strong smell of pot in it.
